Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the Boxbollen headbands and accessories back in their original box, ensuring all components are included and the packaging is secure.
Print and Attach Label
Download the prepaid shipping label provided via email, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package at any authorized shipping location; once we receive and inspect the gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
